Course Offerings: Quigler offers three courses that provides marketing partners with non-dues revenue
(1) Code of Ethics
Using the Quigler app we have developed a way to learn the Code the way an agent thinks, transactionally and sequentially, from first meeting to closing. We inform an agent what the Code requires at each Step of a Buy and Sell transaction, bringing the Code alive and highly relevant to their daily business. Agents leave with the free NAR CODE version loaded on their computers so they can refer to it any time or invite clients to join them in a transaction and demonstrate to clients their adherence to the Code.
Time: 3 hours includes Q & A.
CE Credit: Quigler works with you to obtain CE credit from your state.
Online Learning: This course is ideal for online distance learning, if allowed by your state.
(2) Your GPS for the Seller Transaction:
Agents learn in depth what federal law, state law and the Code of Ethics requires for a Seller transaction, step by step, from first meeting to closing. A unique way to learn what’s required using the Quigler application.
Time: 3 hours includes Q & A.
CE Credit: Quigler works with you to obtain CE credit from your state.
Online Learning: This course is ideal for online distance learning, if allowed by your state.
(3) Your GPS for the Buyer Transaction:
Agents learn in depth what federal law, state law and the Code of Ethics requires for a Buyer transaction, step by step, from first meeting to closing. A unique way to learn what’s required using the Quigler application.

FREE Training Offerings: Quigler offers training variations of the above three courses in 30 minutes segments to support agents.
Basic Training (30 minutes):
An overview of how Quigler works, how to create a profile, a client Update Letter and a Compliance Compilation Report.
Advanced Training (30 minutes):
7 minute review of Basic + how to edit a profile, customize a client Update Letter and a Compliance Report.
Master Training (30 minutes):
What to say to a client to differentiate yourself and win, how to invite clients, what they see and what you can give them.
